Fifteen years in global freight forwarding, working every layer of the stack — from ocean import files in Atlanta, to export coordination in Miami, to systems rollouts and solutions implementation in Jersey City, to global product leadership from East Tennessee. I care about the craft of operations, the trust-building of account management, and the kind of integration work that holds a multinational supply chain together when things go sideways.
The common thread across all of it is alignment: between business goals and operational truth, between systems and the people who run them.
